Scoresheets

  • Regular match scoresheetpdf icon: Use this scoresheet during the regular season. Make sure that each captain signs the sheet at the end of the match.
  • Playoff match scoresheetpdf icon: Use this scoresheet during the playoffs. This sheet contains spaces for a special race-to-three if teams are tied after the second match.

Team Rosterpdf icon - Captains: fill this form out within the first two weeks of the season and return with your scoresheet. After week two, register any new players on a regular match scoresheet (see below).
